For a fixed monthly fee you'll get unlimited office visits. You'll have unlimited urgent care visits and the ability to communicate directly with your provider by video or text anytime. You won't have to worry about unexpected medical bills or copays for covered services. We are completely transparent with all outside imaging, procedures and lab costs- leaving no surprises.

Because we are not affiliated with insurance companies and we don't have to worry about deductibles, co-pays, prior-authorizations and unnecessary insurance requirements, we get to focus on you and only you. You will find it surprisingly empowering to get the care you deserve without an insurance company dictating what's "covered" and "not covered". 

Because we have fewer patients, you will receive more personalized and comprehensive care. We are allowed to spend more time with you to address your individual needs and concerns. You'll have longer appointment times enabling us to have more in-depth discussions about your health issues, preventative measures, and lifestyle choices. 

As a member, we guarantee same day or next day appointments. We also utilize technology to give you other options besides traditional in-office visits. The DPC (Direct Primary Care) model has been shown to reduce the need for ER and Urgent Care visits by providing accessible care and early intervention.
